Submitting samples for DNA sequencing
Use 1.5 ml or 0.5 ml Eppendorf tubes for individual samples or 96-well plates for batch samples. Prepare your samples by adding the appropriate amount of template/primers to water (not TE or Tris buffers). Please supply 10ul of your template at a concentration based upon the table below. Please label your samples clearly.
