Fragment Analysis

Fragment analysis generates a size estimate for DNA fragments relative to a size standard of DNA fragments with known lengths. The size standard is combined with the sample of interest and co-injected on the capillary electrophoresis system. We use the 3730 and 3130xl platforms to deliver our service. Real-Time PCR

Our 7900HT System is a high-throughput real-time PCR system that detects and quantitates nucleic acid sequences. With 96 and 384-well plate capability the 7900HT system is ideally suited to meet the high-throughput requirements of today's drug discovery process. Key applications include gene expression quantitation and the detection of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) using the fluorogenic 5' nuclease assay.
